    用于扫描内网的存活主机,利用了ARP协议````
    所以有时候可以查找到PING不通的主机````
    开发环境:Visual Studio 2010 + Windows 7 (可能是由于向下兼容性不好,XP及2K3下运行可能会提示找不到MSVCR100D.dll,大家可以去www.zhaodll.com下载后放到systemroot目录下)
